  4. coming from a POV of having lost 120 lbs, kept it off for 6 yrs, weighed
    only at other people’s houses. Had some life changes, quit weighing,
    ignored it, blimped up back to top weight in 4 years. I had no clue how to
    correct or maintain along the way. I think the 2# +/- and daily weighing
    has to do with the mental state of the person. Obviously don’t weigh daily
    if it makes one crazy. At the time, I didn’t know about macros or hunger
    scale.

  5. When my macros were wacked, I couldn’t tell the difference between real
    hunger and insulin telling me I’m hungry, could not do hunger scale till I
    did low-carb/keto diet. now, it is very cut and dry. I am content to eat to
    hunger scale. no snacking, cravings, craziness. Doing Whole30 keto.

  6. I’ve totally lost (or never had) the “sense of my own body”. This
    switchover without the scale is terrifying!! Sitting with the feeling and
    focusing on trust for the body is all I have right now. Thank you for
    talking about this today!

  7. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on ‘stabilizing weight’ vs ‘stabilizing
    hormones. I’m currently executing the protocol without the scale for the
    first time. It’s so exciting. I feel so much better emotionally! Thank you!
