  1. Great points!! You hit it on the head! The internal fear is that if you
    can’t stabilize in that two pound window you’ll lose all the work you’ve
    done, or in some minds cancel out all the sacrifice you’ve done.

    I’m just about to enter P3 for the first time myself and while I’m not
    fearful, so to say, I definitely understand it and am anxious to see how my
    body responds to everything. I’ve never thought about intermittent
    fasting, but might look into it.

    Definitely checking out the other article you mentioned as well.

    Eliminating an entire food group is never healthy, and so true that it’s
    not worth it. 18lbs of fat is good on your frame. I’m hoping to reach that
    level too!

    Dairy isn’t good for anyone but the cow it was intended for. Interesting
    that you have complications with nuts as well.
