  1. Have you done a talk about fats on P2? coconut oil, MCT oil, etc. thanks.

What I loved with cucumber, fresh strawberries. peel and seed the cuke,
chop up the strawberries. delish! chopped apple and celery were great
    together too.

  2. I agree with your thoughts on this. Making this protocol as simple as
possible, thoughtless, as it were, means easier success, and a simpler
    transition to P3 and beyond.
For those who weren’t fond of veggies before, knowing they only had to eat
a little of them might have made it easier to develop the taste, too!

I find that my body seems to identify fruit as sugar. I only have an apple
if I have to go somewhere and need a breakfast or snack on the road. As
far as mixing, I would put one small Campari tomato in with my greens, or
some green onions in with the konjac noodles with chicken when I made my
“ramen” (so good, so easy!) Otherwise, my dinner was my meat and a veg,
usually asparagus or rainbow chard with vinegar, yummy!

The not finishing food thing IS very hard! Growing up, there wasn’t any
decent food in any decent amount, and I scrounged to get enough. I’m much
better now that I’m older and have peace and prosperity at last. Merely
fixing less helps, and knowing that I won’t be hungry if I eat just that
little amount still amazes and pleases me!

  3. Hi Rayzel! I just want you to know that I have been so inspired by you!
Thanks so much for all the information you put out into the Hcg community.
You are the reason I decided to do Hcg regardless of what others have said.
I read in a study online about alternate enzymes being needed to break down
the combination of foods as opposed to just one, that it can slow digestion
and slow the metabolism. I thought that was an interesting idea dont you?
Pounds and inches talks about how important it is the way the calories are
    made up…
” There are a number of foods, particularly fruits and vegetables, which
have the same or even lower caloric values than those listed as
permissible, and yet we find that they interfere with the regular loss of
weight under HCG, presumably owing to the nature of their composition.
Pimiento peppers, okra, artichokes and pears are examples of this. ”
    What do you think?
