  1. Your so right about the lifestyle change. I’m at the end of P3 R2 and gonna
    have to do probably 3 or 4 more, but I’ve experimented a bit at this stage
    and I really have a time with carbs. But the good thing is I really don’t
    have a problem/desire for fries/potatoes etc. Good job at making people
    aware that it’s a great diet but it does’nt end with the weight loss. 🙂

  2. I know when I get to P4 that I will have to watch carbs as well. They
    trigger night time cravings for me, so I want to avoid that. U look great &
    its wonderful that u r running!! Hope u have given away all your clothes
    that are too big now!! U won’t go back to wearing them again.

  3. I did the pizza in P3. I love the tortillas with the flax. It makes the
    best pizza I think.

  4. Just so everyone knows, she didn’t do it correctly. If she did it right,
    she wouldn’t experience hunger and suffering the way she’s saying she did.
    Do your research and take her videos with a grain of salt (if you can even
    believe her at all after full research).

  5. Your goal is you need to eat food that fills you up, also, eating every
    4-hours is good too, just smaller portions. Breakfast is the one meal you
    can go to town especially on PROTEIN, even a little fat is acceptable!! The
    object is to eliminate those food-cravings/urges!! As for exercising, DON’T
    exercise more than 15-minutes a day!( less is MORE) & (Too much equals less

    can help your sleep and helps your motabolism.

    I maintain just fine

  9. Why women give up their lives in order to lose a few pounds is beyond me.
    Ya’ll end up looking like hell and are obsessing on food 24-7. Cut out the
    sugar/red meat and dairy and the weight will fall off. Go for walk every
    day 30 minutes…not to hard now is it ? Your calorie intake should be
    about 1800 calories/day. BWY potatoes are good for you! I could put dog
    shit in a pill and tell people they’ll lose weight on it and they’ll gobble
    them up. Sick.

  10. You can eat anything you want as long as you don’t go over a certain amount
    of calories for the weight you are. You don’t need to cut out anything,
    just portion your food. Calories are the bottom line….take in less than
    you burn you’ll lose weight, take in more and you’ll gain weight. I can eat
    2000 calories of nothing but hog or beef fat a day only and not gain a
    pound. People need to get educated before they give opinions.

  11. And another thing, there is no such thing as a generic calorie amount per
    day for anyone. A calorie is a measurement of energy. Each person has a
    different metabolic rate. 1800 calories a day may work for Suzy, but not
    for Jenny, even if they are the same height/weight. 1800 calories a day for
    me wouldn’t maintain my healthy weight. 2600 to 2700 calories a day
    maintains my weight if I didn’t even exercise. Again, listen up, people
    need to get educated before the give opinions on such matters.

  13. I am not sure how old you are but all of that running is really bad for
    you. I used to walk 3 to 5 hrs a day & I am paying dearly for it now &
    running is even worse. When you get older you will get severe arthritis in
    your knees & you will more than likely have feet problems also.

  15. you are correct. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but
    nothing was coming. Between Do you know about the 7 odd foods that kill

  16. yes you will loose more hair on hcg. and its because of the lack of
    vitamins your body is getting. i have started taking biotin and folic acid
    to help with this issue.

  17. very insightful, I think you should try t get away from the low carb mindset

    it is a deadly trap-or a recipe for heart disease

    try gradually inceasing non starchy fruits and veggies

    getting away from high fat meats and dairy

    then you can gradually increase rice and beans into your diet

  18. Well yeah, if you are not getting at least 20 minutes of cardio a day, you
    are going to have to eat probably less that 1500 calories a day. depending
    on your metabolism. There are all kinds of metabolism calculators to tell
    you exactly how many calories you need to eat to maintain, loose, or gain
    weight. The key is exercise. The more muscle you have, the more calories
    ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT!! You don’t need to go to the gym to do
    this either. Do you have stairs in your house… weather good enough to run
    in…anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes a day. 

  19. Hcg hairloss due to high estrogen levels. Get your testosterone and
    estrogen checked after u get off hcg. If cause me severe hair loss and
    brain fog. Had to start hoome replafement terapy because of hcd diet. Do
    not take hcg not worth the hormone level changes!!

  20. You seen very sad and tired, I am losing tons of weight, mostly fat, by
    eating low carb high fat, I am not hungry, I am exercising doing strength
    training, no cardio, no injecting my self with weir hormones, the HCG
    people suffer so much , for what? To keep suffering, forget calories, eat
    good fats, you need it for your hair, hormones..etc..only worry about
    carbs, don’t over eat on protein. The fat will keep your hunger in control.
