  3. @socalplum He’s with grandma today! Woohoo! :)- I’m not even sure yet if I
should add carbs back yet- not because of weight but I think they make me
    feel really tired.

  4. @wisconsindieter Thank you so much for your positive words! I sure do love
    the zumba…..

  5. You look wonderful!! So happy to see you again and to hear you have
stabilized so well!! I think my set point is pretty set! I am not losing
like I was in round 1…errr. We will see… I am sticking to this! XOXO

    stabilizing well!

  7. I am on week 1 of p3- any tips to help me maintain? I tried a protein shake
today- strawberry flavor and mixed it with strawberries and greek yogurt
but it was really awful- having a hard time finding things that are good-

  8. u look great! So happy you have stabilized so well! YAY! ♥ya & enjoy your
    hiking vacation!

  9. Wonderful to hear you have stabilized! Looking forward to hear how the carb
adding goes. Hey…Congrats on 10 years…Woot-woot! Nice that you were
able to celebrate without food worries. I am planning to do R3 beginning of
June…will be great to be in P2 with you!

  10. @MsTeribear Thanks! It went by so fast! I think for now I will continue to
leave out most carbs because they really seem to make me feel terrible.

  11. @carissahcg Did you use mshcggirl’s recipe? You got to use ice and frozen
berries and truvia along with it- the texture of the cold/frozen thing is
important for it to taste good in my opinion. Mines very thick cold like
frozen yogurt almost when I make it and it’s delish!

  13. @Givingitmyall2011 Lol- I guess there is a time when we don’t want a set
point then isn’t there? I guess my round 2 will probably be slower too- so
many say that always happens on round 2. Hang in there!

  14. @IlovePrettythingz I eat plain greek yogurt with stevia in it- it’s sooo
good. You could also try it with truvia.

  15. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! That’s very exciting for you and
your husband. I’m glad you were on P3 and able to enjoy your party a bit.
I’m envious of your upcoming hiking trip. I love to hike but probably won’t
get to do much of it this summer for the hcg diet…=( Also, congrats on
the stabilizing…Looks like you’ve got a new set point! Woohoo!! =)

  16. @kate37ta1 I know I can’t believe it’s been 10 years. Yeah…hiking while
on hcg would be difficult for sure.

  17. @natsiswdw Thank you! I am so overly happy with how well it has gone- hard
to believe really, but it really is true!

  18. @runkman44 LOL! I don’t know! I only had them whitened once over 10 years
ago for my wedding. I don’t drink coffee at all and never have….maybe
that could be why? I didn’t think my teeth were more white than most people
    lol.
