  4. @HcgCharm You’re welcome, yea that’s definitely smart to plan ahead so you
    know what to eat later. And the good news is these have all been tested and
    don’t effect weight so you can eat and know they’re ok when you get to P3
    land ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. @abeyta666 You are very welcome :). Thank you for taking the time to watch
    them! Don’t be terrified of P3, all you have to do is make sure to avoid
    sugar (hidden sugars too: dextrose, malodextrin, sucralose, evaporated cane
    juice, etc), starch (beans, prepackaged shredded cheese, and the majority
    of fat free or reduced fat items), and carbs (lol no cereals, whole or
    wheat grains, etc). Even if your weight spikes the first day, don’t worry
    it will come back down if you’re eating the things I

    you. I think the thing that scares most P2ers is that P3 doesn’t really
    have any rules except the 3 things where P2 has so many rules that it seems
    scary to let go of the net you know? But you’ll be ok!

    gluten but it doesnt say how much in the ingredients ๐Ÿ™‚ thanks !!!! how are
    you doing? are you maintaining well? I start P3 tomorrow!

  10. @hcgtngirl I use the great value brand from walmart or the organic
    brand…basically you can use whatever pizza sauce you want, just flip it
    over to the back and make sure it doesn’t list any sugar or starch…great
    value pizza brand from walmart is cheap and safe :)…good! Let me know

  11. If I wanted to substitute something else for the protein powder in the
    brownies, do you know what I should use? I know my protein powder has a
    little sugar in it and it’s whey protein. So I don’t want to use it for
    baking. Coconut flour maybe? Thanks hon!! <3

  12. @stepharoo85 Ummm I’ve never substituted…my protein powder is whey
    protein too but it’s sweetened with stevia…I’ll tell you the brand, I
    found it at Hyvee? It’s NNW brand Healthy 100% whey. I’m sure you could try
    substituting with coconut flour but I’m not sure how that would effect the
    overall taste, it might come out tasting different than mine…just so you
    know? But if you want to try it go right ahead! I’m curious to hear your
    results

  13. @Dancinh0ttie19 Oh that’s awesome it’s sweetened with Stevia =) Yeah mine
    has carbs and my hubby uses Muscle Milk, so I think I’ll skip the protein
    =P I’ll try it with some other stuff and let you know how it turns out!! =D

  14. I tried the pizza and it is great! I have a question though about p3. I am
    confused about the weight that I should monitor and not go 2.1 lbs over.
    During the three days after my last hgc dose I lost 3 more pounds. Should I
    monitor that I don’t go over THAT weight or the last hgc weight?

  15. @bkrldy2522 Hey! I’m sorry it took me so long to respond. I’ve been gone on
    Christmas vacation. Thank you for your compliment on my pizza recipe! I’m
    glad you enjoyed it. You should go with the weight of the LAST day you
    actually took the HCG. You just have a little wiggle room which is great! I
    hope this helps, let me know how you’re doing so far ok?
