Doing Our Part In The Battle Against Obesity

Here I sit, waiting my turn to exit our local grocery store parking lot among the masses of people. As I wait I can’t help as my attention is drawn to how many people there are that have problems with their weight. I am not trying to point fun at any of them. I have been in their shoes and know how hard it is to find a reasonable solution to the problem. Everyone has a different reason for where they are and it is most often times it is understandable. I was fortunate to have a friend turn me onto the HCG diet. It was a life saver for me. I was finally able to drop over 50 pounds which in the past would have seemed like an insermountable task. This is the same friend who also encouraged me to sell the product to so many of the people that we come in contact with that are dying to find out how we were able to drop the weight and keep it off. I took her up on her advice. I went on a search for reputable HCG wholesale suppliers and hit the ground running. Well, let’s stop talking about me and let’s talk about what it happening with the obesity epidemic that is happening in our country.

The CDC states, overweight and obesity are variations of weight that are considered to be unhealthy for ones height. These ranges of weight also give way to other problems such as diseases and many other health problems. They even state that a person may be within a normal weight range but could also have a body mass index that would label them as overweight.

For adults, these ranges are found by taking the weight and height of an individual to calculate the “body mass index” or BMI. The reason the CDC and Doctors use BMI to determine obesity, for most people, is that it shows us what their body fat percentage to be. For an adult the normal BMI would be under 25. Anything else would be considered either overweight or obese.

According to the CDC, one in every three adult Americans are considered obese. In 2010 twelve states have surpassed 30% of their entire population being obese. In the year 2000, there wasn’t even one state with an obesity rate over 30% You may think, congratulations to the remaining states. Well the sad thing is that not a single state in the U.S. have an obesity rate under 20%.

It has become very well known that the effects on your health from obesity can be very harmful. Doctors have found in studies that it has been linked to caner, heart disease and diabetes. This epidemic has had an impact on our wallets as well, as health care costs and insurance premiums continue to go through the roof. Every time I open a renewal for my insurance it seems to have less coverage with a higher premium and a higher deductible.

So what are we going to do about it? I for one decided to get proactive and “take the proverbial bull by the horns”. I did it with the way that I found best. I went forth with the HCG diet after failing with so many others. I believe that the best part of this diet was the lack of hunger pains and cravings that I had experienced with other diets. For those of you who not only want to drop some weight, but would also like to earn more income to give you some more freedom, then try selling HCG as well. Let me tell you, when people here the success stories the product sells itself. You need to make sure that you find really good HCG wholesale suppliers and just go from there. I wish the best of luck to any and all who decide to embark on their journey to a healthier life.
